Bite Risk: Caught Dead is the second book in this fast-paced fantasy horror for teens by S.J. Wills. A guaranteed great read for all, and an ideal choice for fans of Skulduggery Pleasant.

Following the discovery of the Sequest conspiracy and their subsequent downfall, the people of Tremorglade now lead a much more relaxed life. Sel Archer and his friends no longer dread 'turning' each month during the full moon. Rippers are no longer caged or feared, as they used to be, and all is good. That is, until the biting starts! Something much bigger than the Rippers is living in the woods around Tremorglade and it's attacking one of their own every Howl Night.

Once again it's up to Sel and his friends to discover whether this time it really is the Immutables - those who don't 'turn' - who are behind these attacks, or something far more sinister. As the second book in the series, this story clearly follows on from the previous adventure, Bite Risk; however, with the exception of a few references, that are quickly caught up on, for anyone new to Tremorglade, this is an absolutely rip-roaring read.
