Everybody Worries is engaging from the offset. With a bright, busy front cover you are hooked! Because it's true... everybody worries! It's ok to have worries. Even the bravest, coolest, toughest and smartest people worry. The worry of one person others may find fun, but that's ok because worries aren't always the same. There are many, many causes of worry especially in life which changes constantly.

Worries might make your heart beat quickly or make you feel sick. But there are ways to help overcome them; talk to a friend, draw the worry and name it, breathe slowly and deeply, exercise, sleep and even share it with others. Sharing and showing our feelings brings us together and together we can overcome anything!

In this ever changing world we find ourselves in, this fantastic book is perfect to get children talking about worries. They will quickly realise that worries are normal and that there are many ways to help overcome them.
