New television dramas coming your way

Jacqueline Wilson's Katy and Joanne Nadin's Joe All Alone are among the books that will be filmed for CBBC next year.

Fans of Jacqueline Wilson's Hetty Feather and Jill Murphy's The Worst Witch can also look forward to new episodes of each of these series next year. Katy, which will be shown across three weeks, is adapted from Jacqueline Wilson's novel and features a lively heroine struggling to adjust to life in her new family. The series Joe All Alone is based on Joanna Nadin's book and is the powerful and moving story of a boy who manages to find adventure and friendship even though he has big problems at home.
