Craig Simpson
About Author
Born in the New Forest in the 1960s, Craig spent his childhood in Southern England. After leaving school, he went to Bristol University to study Veterinary Medicine but after one year switched to Biochemistry. Graduating in 1984, he moved to Cambridge to work in the Research and Development department of a food ingredient company. In 1986 he stumbled into a new career involving the regulation of medicines.
After fifteen years scaling the corporate ladder, and travelling widely in Europe and North America, he jumped ship to become an independent consultant and to make time to write. He is a keen amateur historian, loves to paint (albeit badly), and enjoys being outdoors in the New Forest whenever possible. Craig lives in Hampshire.
