Niki Daly
About Author
Niki Daly is South Africa's most successful author/illustrator of books for children. Since 1978 he has worked on over 40 books. His books touch all children, including those from underprivileged and disrupted homes, because his illustrations truthfully and sensitively represent the characters in his stories. Among his numerous awards and honours, Niki has received three Certificates of Honour for Illustration from IBBY, the International Board on Books for Young People. In 2002, the South African National Section of IBBY presented Niki Daly as their candidate for the Hans Christian Andersen Illustrator Award.
