The children in the reception class absolutely loved this book! The flip flaps and pop ups are what they enjoyed the most! It was read several times so they could see the characters again and lift the flaps! The children loved talking about what the animals were dressed up as and could relate this to discussions about Halloween and their own costumes. It is a charming, simple board book that I am sure all young children can relate to and enjoy.
