Earth's Incredible Places: Grand Canyon by Susan Lamb is divided into four sections: Welcome to the Grand Canyon, People of the Canyon, Wildlife of the Canyon and the Park today. There are links to pretty much every subject of the curriculum within the beautifully illustrated pages of this book.
For someone teaching about the Grand Canyon or America or amazing landscapes, this book is ideal. It contains double page spread after double page spread of informative text on many themes including: myths, tribes, timeline, ecosystems, fossils to name but a few.
One of those great books to dip into or base a whole topic on!
