How to Say No to Your Phone is very interesting and helped me gain information about how I use my phone. The vibrant colours and pictures really helped me understand the book and keep going. There are quite a few tricky words but luckily there is a glossary at the back. It gave me tons of inspirational advice.
I like the part when it talks about the author themselves and why or how they chose the job they have today. Surprisingly, both authors had trouble with their relationship with their phones and you may not know it, but you might too.
