Always a joy to discover another of Marv's adventures, Marv and the Funfair Fright brings a fun Halloween twist to the series, and brings some genuine peril to these gentle adventures!
Marv is a superhero powered by imagination and kindness - what a brilliant message for children! - and he always does his best to help put things right when his community is imperiled. At the funfair, the presence of the Conjurer brings just the right amount of peril, brought to life by the great illustrations - we loved the cuddly zombie pandas emerging from the funfair mirrors!
Great for readers growing in confidence, with some lovely messaging, too. If your children enjoy this story, there are several earlier Marv adventures you can lead them on to as well!
