A festive story about the magic of santa! My favourite thing about this book is the illustrations. The colours are very soft and all of the pictures are soaked in a wintery, blue colour which ties each page together nicely. There are lots of lovely, festive illustrations showing some of children's' favourite things about the season including santa and his sleigh, christmas trees, houses lit up with fairy lights, reindeers and elves.

Mr Santa is about a little girl talking to Santa and asking all of the questions I'm sure many children would like to have the chance to ask him. At the end, she begins to question whether it was real or all a dream. To me, it feels like the book is lacking a bit of substance to rate it any higher but it it is a nice, easy story to add to your christmas bedtime selection.
