A hugely entertaining picture book with wide appeal. Lively rhyming text and bright attractive illustrations. Never lie on a lion or creep up behind a sheep because all sorts of things can happen! The cautionary answers are told via the illustrations so there are lots of opportunities for child participation. This would work well at foundation stage story time with lots of opportunities for joining in with animal noises.
