What a little beauty of a poetry book. I have been carrying this around in my bag and dipping into it in quiet moments. There is something for everyone, with a make-you-smile cat-lover poem and a rather poignant, family secret poem to make you ponder.

Out Of This World: Poems to make you laugh, smile and think will be coming into school with me to share with Class 11. I think they will enjoy the variety of topics and the imagery of Michael Rosen’s lines as well as the adept illustrations of Ed Vere. Every book corner should have this book.
