It is a quirky and a fun read for anyone in my opinion between eight and around 12 or 13 years. A girl named phillipa goes on holiday and when spending time with her friend Robyn, she hears a voice on the computer. Soon after this Philippa is at ATC ('above the clouds') with fairies and there are things that need to be sorted out to make sure that the world stays in control!!
