Ronan Boyle and the Bridge of Riddles

Ronan Boyle and the Bridge of Riddles is about a 14 year old boy, Ronan who is the youngest recruit of the secret Irish police. The story follows how they and he handle the misdeeds of lots of magical creatures and they aren't short of those! I found this book absolutely hilarious! I loved it. It is really fast paced but not in a way that makes you feel as though nothing is happening. I found it really easy to read and was about 50 pages in before I knew it. One thing I really enjoyed was how the author described Log, when you read it, you'll understand. Log is such a fun character to read about. I really enjoyed the Irish references, I found that I learned a little bit as well as being entertained. I found this book very funny and I am just going to sit here and wait for the next one.
