Carol

Magical! This hardback, non-fiction book does what it says in the title - exploring the magic of the seasons. You may think you know all about the seasons but there is so much more than the weather to discover.

The Magic of the Seasons is an in-depth knowledge book that makes learning about the seasons accessible to lower KS2 and will delight upper KS2 children with fascinating facts.

Beautifully illustrated double page spreads explore: Myths, legends and customs, effects of the seasons on nature and humans around the world and the weather. A timeline around weather forecasting takes the reader back as far as 3000 BCE. A great addition to our school library that can be used for topic research.
