We've all had that conversation with a child who has an answer for everything. We've all had that conversation where the suggestions get sillier and sillier. Well this book is THAT conversation.

'There is nothing faster than a cheetah...' is how it starts and the bright and cartoony illustrations show a glorious cheetah running very fast indeed. Then the challenges start - a hang-gliding hippo must be faster... and the picture shows it's fast but not as fast as a cheetah. What about pogo-ing penguins? Close but not faster. A rabbit in a rocket? Nope not even that.

There's Nothing Faster than a Cheetah ends with a truly silly suggestion that could be faster than a cheetah with a fantastic illustration, which will make children laugh out loud. This book isn't going to change the world or win any prizes but it's fun, it's silly and I know many Reception children who would love it.
