Synopsis
Uncle Zeedie is weird, but at least he's rich and his house is amazing. That's what George and Lacey tell themselves when they arrive at his isolated mansion in the Welsh woods.
Only something here is worse than weird. Uncle Zeedie seems unhinged, serving them rotten food, and skulking around at night. The house is decaying, blood stained, and stinks of sour milk. And George is seeing kids that aren't there. They're dead, these kids. And if the rumours are right, Uncle Zeedie is the one who's killing them.

Two siblings caught between divorcing parents spend some time with their Uncle Zeedie in a house in the woods. What could go wrong? Uncle Zeedie is a family friend and godparent to George and Lacey. George has found that, ever since mum and dad have been feuding, he keeps seeing or sensing things which he can't explain. As a result, his family thinks he is a big baby.
The story follows the siblings as they stay in an isolated town where it seems no one lives any more except three other children and a delivery man. George and Lacey are led down an investigative pathway into murder. But all is not as it seems.
Uncle Zeedie (The Blood Texts) is an easy read for those who enjoy horror with mystery and a touch of mythology.
