Design a book token competition

To celebrate World Book Day, National Book Tokens is holding a competition for children and young people to design a book token. There will be a winner and runner-up in three age categories.

The age categories are: Up to 8 years 912 years 1316 years The competition is now open and the closing date for entries is Friday 14 April 2017. The winners will be announced in the Summer term. Prizes: The first prize for each category is; 500 National Book Tokens for the school, 200 National Book Tokens for the child and 200 National Book Tokens for the teacher. The second prize is 250 National Book Tokens for the school, 100 National Book Tokens for the child and 100 National Book Tokens for the teacher. Plus, one overall winner could see their design turned into a real National Book Token and distributed to bookshops nationwide in time for Christmas! Every entry must be signed by the teacher, who must print in capitals on the reverse of the entry the pupil's full name and age, school name, address and phone number.
