WIN an author event with Amy Wilson

To celebrate her new book, A Far Away Magic, we have joined with author Amy Wilson and publisher Macmillan Children's Books in a special competition to win an author event with Amy Wilson, together with ten copies of her new book!

Amy will visit the winning school if she can - she is based near Bristol - or she can do the event online if it's not possible to visit. For the event, which is aimed at children aged ten to 13 years, Amy will focus on creative writing as well as her new book, A Far Away Magic, and answering questions from pupils. We will make sure you have copies of the book prior to her event. All you need to do to enter the competition is to tell us why you would like to host the event with Amy. The competition will close on Friday 16th March; the event can take place at a time agreed by the school and Amy Wilson during the summer term.
