Joe Donnelly

About Author

Joe Donnelly is a former journalist who lives in the west of Scotland. As a journalist, he won many awards including, Reporter Of The Year, Consumer Journalist Of The Year, and Campaigning Journalist Of The Year. He investigated fraud, criminals, bent coppers, crooked lawyers and shady politicians. During his endeavours he had his nose broken four times (there is no bone left to break now!) and was sacked by Robert Maxwell several times.
He can't remember a time when he wasn't interested in Celtic myths. As a small boy, he found an old book in a derelict and haunted house he was exploring with his two brothers. It was called Celtic Myths and, thinking it was a book about football, he nearly threw it away but once he started reading he was hooked! His in-depth knowledge of these myths is clear in this novel as he weaves together many different legends.
