Reviews

Lizi

This is an easy to read, clearly laid out non-fiction book that explains what weather is, how it varies around the world and then goes into great detail about the many different forms of weather that we see. & Although this book is jammed packed with facts, each page is well set out and the sections of text are easily digestible - not long or tricky to comprehend. The facts have struck a great balance between being easy to understand for children, but also introducing new terminology and technical vocabulary. I can see this book being popular with children who have a keen interest in science, the environment or just an unquenchable thirst for knowledge. 80 pages / Ages 7+ / Reviewed by Lizi Coombs, teacher.
