Bathtime, Little Piglet is another great interactive book from Happy Yak. This time, we go down to the farm where bathtime is approaching. The farm is full of muddy fun and Mama's piglets are in need of a bath! But where is her cheeky little muddy piglet hiding? The other piglets haven't seen her… neither has Mama Chicken, nor Daddy Horse! But when they all go to the pond for a drink, Mama Pig has a pleasant surprise.

This collection is by far the sturdiest set of 'pull the tab' books that I have found.  The board books are a lovely size for adult and little hands to hold together with brightly coloured silk tabs to pull for an extended story. The tabs are easy to slide in and out without the risk of them being ripped or bent – a breath of fresh air for any parent with little fingers at home!

There are many familiar farm animals to discover in the illustrations, each with kind, expressive faces. This book allows our children to experience what it is like on a farm and relate it to any experiences they might have already had on a farm. Perhaps they too have seen some rather muddy piglets! This story is perfect for the spring season and a firm favourite for a gentle bedtime chuckle.
