Lucy
Five Little Lambs is a lovely board book for the youngest readers! The book mimics the traditional tale of Five Little Ducks but with lambs instead. My little boy loves the traditional song of five little ducks and really enjoyed the Halloween take on the book with ghosts, so it's not surprises he's loving this book, too.
Five Little Lambs is filled with colourful illustrations of life around the farm. There are lots of other animals and tractors to look at and discuss. Each page has plenty to keep little fingers busy with sliders and levers which will help to develop fine motor skills and keep them interested.
My two-year-old really enjoyed the page with the big blue tractor and a sheep driving it! This would be a nice book for young siblings to enjoy at home together or to be used at school, perhaps in an early years setting.
