Bee You! Believe in Yourself encourages all its readers to 'bee themselves'. What do you love? What are you good at? Bee yourself and don't let anyone stop that.
This is a good book for building self esteem and helping children feel free and confident in their own skin. Teachers would use this book in PSHE lessons or during Mental Health week. This book is clearly aimed at three-to-six-year-olds but my nine-year-old has picked it up several time since it arrived. She loves looking at the different bees and finding ones like her. She also has enjoyed reading it aloud to her three-year-old brother.
A book that will live in my classroom (five and six-year-olds) and will be shared to remind the children to bee themselves.
