Can you help best friends Nub and Iteti stop a gang of Egyptian robbers from raiding a royal tomb? With puzzles to solve on every page you are fully immersed in the story right from the very beginning. Using the hieroglyph chart and Egyptian - English dictionary, included in the back of the book, you will rapidly increase you subject knowledge as you follow the boys' adventures.

The Curse of the Tomb Robbers has been written in collaboration with the British Museum and this is evident in the 'Did you know?' sections spaced throughout the colourful pages. The carefully illustrated pages are detailed and filled with action which added to the narrative. Children would enjoy spotting the scorpion on every page and the six cats which you are asked to look for on the first page.

This would be a wonderful book to enrich learning about the Egyptians or to be enjoyed by a puzzle-loving child, ages 7+. Andy and James have gone to huge lengths to write a beautifully detailed fun, fact filled story which will be loved by boys and girls alike. I think it will be a hugely popular book in the school library. A definite book for the Christmas list!
