Sue

Little readers will love a visit to Frog Town: Cafe where they can help Flo pour some coffee, squeeze juice with Fiona and pop a cherry on a pie with Frankie! The bright, colourful illustrations are very appealing and each frog on the café team can be identified by the colour of their bow tie.

Each page has a slider to manipulate, allowing little ones to interact with the story. These are moved in different ways and little holes in the cardboard help small fingers have more control over them. The thick, robust card allows for smooth movements and stands up to many, many reads!

My little reading buddy, Esme, really enjoyed making Freddy wave goodbye and was delighted to see her face peeping back at her from the mirror hidden by the doughnut on the final page! She 'chatted' happily as we read the book, helping me turn each page and move each slider. Her enthusiasm for books and sharing stories is evident and her mum often sends me photos of Esme exploring them by herself. Perfect for inspiring imaginative play!
