Reviews

Maria

This is a beautiful collection of five classic stories, each retold in more detail than is commonly done. Additionally, these great, alternative tellings of well-known stories will catch the attention of children who may feel a bit too 'grown up' for the likes of Red Riding Hood and Cinderella. The more advanced language and description gives more detail and suspense to the tales. Each page is vibrantly illustrated to support the text and engage the reader further into the story.

Grimms' Fairy Tales is a great addition to the classroom and home and is guaranteed to engage even the most reluctant reader. Aside from the language and illustrations, the introduction to each tale will have them hooked and eager to read or listen on.
