New You For Ever is a hugely engaging book which takes the reader on an adventure into a potential future. Described by the publishers as a dystopian, cli-fi thriller, author Steve Cole has crafted a terrifying vision of a world suffering increasingly from the pollution of humans.

The New You Foundation has solved the issue of the fallibility of people and offers those aged 16 years and over the chance to swap out their bodies for artificial replicas, which do not waste the Earth's precious resources. But main character Anders Jones, a young television journalist working with his Dad, notices glitches with the 'Pleekas' and he sets out to investigate the foundation and discover the truth.

New You Forever offers an exciting story in a super readable style. The dyslexia friendly font and format, clever use of white space and pictures, the shorter sentences, paragraphs and chapters all make this new addition to the Barrington Stoke catalogue an excellent addition to the school library shelves.

Dramatic illustrations by Chris King add to the feeling of trepidation as you read the story and the book cover itself is eye catching. New You For Ever is a really interesting book which I would highly recommend.
