The Secret Ocean is a gorgeous ocean themed book, taking the reader on a journey through and around the different seas and oceans of the world. The book starts during the morning in the Arctic with the animals on the shore looking for breakfast, challenging the reader to spot the different animals who are searching for food. As it progresses, we visit the shores of the Caribbean - counting jellyfish, the Galapagos - spotting baby penguins and the deep depths finding sea pigs and cucumbers. It finishes in Antarctica as the sun is setting and the wales are going to sleep. A fascinating and educational read.
