I absolutely love this book. It's the perfect rhyming text to share with children in our Nursery and Reception classes. The book follows a dragon coming to school and how she behaves in school. You might expect a dragon to behave in a certain way but this couldn't be further from the truth.
Caryl Hart has written a book that will help teachers and parents alike to explore what feelings dragon (or the children!) might have at different stages of the day, but it shows them how dragon deals well with situations; dragon is a perfect role model.
As well as just being a brilliant story, this text will perfectly support children when preparing to go to school (which is especially pertinent after this lockdown period). What a great book to share!
