The Bird Singers by debut author Eve Wersocki-Morris is a magical, sinister story about family bonds, ancient myths and revenge.

When Layah and her younger sister, Izzie, are dragged off to the Lake District for a holiday with their mother, strange things soon start to happen and there is a brooding, sinister aspect to this magical adventure story that draws on myths from Europe and particularly Poland.
