Synopsis
Oh no! The zoo is going to close! And all of the animals will be sent back to where they came from. Over 370,000 BAD PANDA and DAVE PIGEON books sold! At least a laugh on every page; our very favourite bad panda is back for the very last time.
Lin the Bad Panda is happy about the idea of being returned to the panda sanctuary from where she came. She can't wait to be reunited with her beloved brother, Face-Like-A-Bag-Of-Potatoes. But Lin is definitely NOT happy about being separated from her new-found zoo family. Surely all the animals should be kept together?
This is a job for the baddest of pandas! Lin will need RAGE and BAD BEHAVIOUR. Only then will she be able to keep her zoo family in one place.
The final instalment in this laugh-yourself-silly series - perfect for emerging readers. 'Silliness aplenty in this uproarious beginning to a potentially addictive new series.' - Guardian. 'Genius. Super-readable as well as super-fun.' - LoveReading. 'Hilarious. The wonderfully warm illustrations and comic-strip interludes make a reading experience full of variety and surprise.' - Sarah McIntyre

Award-winning author Swapna Haddow has done it again. This is another incredible story which has you hooked from the very first chapter. The lovable characters that we have grown to love return in this beautifully illustrated early chapter book.
Bad Panda: For Sale has been designed and developed meticulously with the reader in mind. The spacing and number of words on a page is perfect for those just starting to read chapter books. The insert of comic strips to tell parts of the story only adds to the pleasure and enjoyment.
It is so wonderful to hear children laugh as they read and this book provides that on every page. The theme of keeping friends and family together and not wanting to be separated from them is something that most children will be able to relate to, to some degree, and Lin's antics keep children invested in the story right to the very end.
This whole series is a must-have for schools and libraries alike. It would be a brilliant book to read to a class or to have at home as a bed time story. You could use it for character studies and to look at the way language is used to build the story and make the reader laugh.
