My grandparents love me is a very sweet little tale. Its easy reading rhyming couplets make it a lovely bedtime read. If you have sets of grandparents who are hands on and active then this book is about them and your little one will enjoy comparing the lovely things they do with those in the book. The zebra characters are very endearing and my children loved this one. It would make a super present for any grandparents out there. This book is edited really well with lots of the descriptive vocabulary put in bold. I would choose some of the pages to share in class when doing vocabulary challenges such as using onomatopoeia in their writing. I would recommend this book as a lovely family read, but treat sensitively when using in class, as many children don't have this experience. 32 pages / Ages 3+ / Reviewed by Marie Berry, teacher.
