With practical ideas and areas to write down thoughts this is a great way to promote kindness and self worth. John Magee takes the reader on this journey through six areas of kindness, building up kind acts as the reader moves along.


In a time where many of us especially children are suffering with mental health this is a great book to have in your tool box. This can be used at home or school to foster a kind mindset. A book any child of eight years and up should have access to.
