Bloomsbury Young Readers

The Bloomsbury Young Readers series is aimed at children starting their reading journeys and the banded books are designed to help children grow in confidence as readers.

The set includes stories by brilliant authors such as Chitra Soundar, Sarah Crossan, Jenny McLachlan and Ben Bailey Smith. The books include colour illustrations and inside cover notes to help children get the most out of stories, and the series is aimed at both families and schools. To complete the package, there are online guided reading notes written by the Centre for Literacy in Primary Education (CLPE) available.
