Reviews
Amanda
Cat Nap is a wonderful, humorous first book of Steve Antony’s character-led stories for young children. The limited language, focusing on nouns, makes this book perfect for the young child who is just learning the pleasure that books bring. The clear, bold illustrations are sure to capture their attention.
This would be the perfect book to share with a child before nap time as the narrative will be completely relatable and objects around them will add context. Most parents and children alike will relate to the challenges of napping when playtime is over.
I am sure that this book will become a firm favourite in homes and nurseries. I look forward to reading more in this series.
